Lindt Chocolate Fondant


3 tbsp melted Butter
2 tbsp Coco powder for dusting
100 g Lindt dark Chocolate
100 g Butter cut into small pieces
2/3 cup Caster Sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup Flour

Coat 4 chilled ramekins with the melted butter.
Once the melted butter has set dust with coco powder.
Melt the chocolate and butter over low simmering water.
Beat caster sugar, eggs, egg yolks and butter into a light yellow consistency.
Sift the flour into the mixture, keep on beating.
Gradually add the melted chocolate into the batter, not all at once.
You should have a rich creamy mixture by now.
Divide the mixture into the 4 ramekins.

Bake at 200℃ for 12 minutes.

Serve with caramel sauce, cream or ice cream.

Wonderful way to end any dinner!
